How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Warranty
How long is the warranty?
All Falcon Optic products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Depending on the situation, Falcon Optic will repair or replace the product with an identical or functionally equivalent unit.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Contact our support team with your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the issue. Photos or videos are recommended. If approved, you’ll receive an RMA number and return instructions.
Return&Refund
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of eligible products within the return period specified in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be in their original condition with all accessories and original packaging.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
What items are not eligible for return?
Customized products, items showing signs of misuse, products damaged by improper handling, or products returned outside the eligible return period may not qualify for a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal. Additional payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and installment financing may be available depending on your device and location.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption. Falcon does not store your credit card information.
Night Vision
Can night vision devices work in complete darkness?
Yes. Most digital night vision devices include a built-in infrared (IR) illuminator, allowing them to operate even in total darkness.
What is the difference between 850nm and 940nm IR illuminators?
850nm IR provides brighter images and longer viewing distances but may emit a faint red glow. 940nm IR is nearly invisible to animals and people but generally offers a slightly shorter detection range.
Can I use a night vision scope during the daytime?
Many digital night vision devices support both daytime color mode and nighttime black-and-white mode. Always follow the product manual for proper operation.
Does rain or fog affect night vision performance?
Yes. Heavy rain, fog, and snow can reduce image clarity because infrared light is scattered by moisture in the air.
Thermal Imaging
How does thermal imaging work?
Thermal imaging detects heat emitted by objects rather than visible light, allowing you to see people, animals, and other heat sources even in complete darkness.
Can thermal imaging see through walls or glass?
No. Thermal imagers cannot see through walls. Glass also blocks long-wave infrared radiation, so you’ll usually see the temperature of the glass itself rather than objects behind it.
What is the difference between thermal imaging and night vision?
Night vision amplifies available light or uses infrared illumination to create an image, while thermal imaging detects heat signatures. Thermal imaging is often better for locating hidden or camouflaged targets.
Does weather affect thermal imaging?
Yes. Heavy rain, dense fog, and high humidity may reduce thermal detection distance. However, thermal imaging generally performs better than traditional night vision in challenging lighting conditions.
What detection range should I expect?
Detection range depends on sensor resolution, lens size, target size, and environmental conditions. Larger lenses and higher-resolution sensors generally provide longer detection distances.
